Scallops in White Wine Sauce

Ingredients

  • 24 Seafresh Scallops
  • 1 Large Finely Chopped Onion
  • 2oz Butter
  • 8floz White Wine
  • 1/2 pint Fresh Single Cream
  • Chopped Parsley and Paprika

Instructions

Gently fry the chopped onion in butter without colouring. Add the scallops cooking for 2 - 3 mins each side. Add wine and reduce on high heat for a further 1 - 2 minutes. Add the cream, heat through taking care not to boil. Before serving sprinkle with chopped parsley and paprika.
