Hunters Mulled Wine

Ingredients
- 2/3 pts water [optional for a lighter drink]
- 1 inch fresh ginger shredded and crushed
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 12 cloves
- 3 oranges, sliced
- 2 lemons, sliced
- 1/2 generous glass of Brandy or Cognac
- 2/3 bottles of Seafresh Signature Red Wine or Merlot
- Brown sugar and honey to taste
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a suitable thick bottomed sauepan and slowly heat to simmering point for about 5/7 mins, stirring occasionally. Leave to infuse and then reheat to suitable drinking temperature, add a dash of Cointreau to finish.
