Salmon Fillets with a Delicious Herb Crust

Ingredients
- 6 - 8 floz of water (or white wine)
- salt and pepper
- 20g/2oz wholemeal breadcrumbs
- 4 salmon fillets
Instructions
Make sure the salmon fillets are totally defrosted. Mix the breadcrumbs with seasoning, cover with the top of the salmon fillets. Place in an oven proof dish with a little water. (This can be substituted with white wine if you prefer) Bake in pre-heated oven 170 C or Gas mark 5 for approximately 20 minutes.
